Fees & Payment

​Counseling and coaching fees range from $25-$175 per session. Payment is due at the time of service. See rates below. Cash, debit/credit card payments, and PayPal are accepted. Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare insurances are accepted at this time. Sliding fees are available on a case-by case basis and determined by need (family size and annual income) or financial hardship. Fees also vary for thesis or dissertation support based on the scope of work unique to each individual. New clients are encouraged to take advantage of a free telephone consultation to discuss counseling or coaching needs and to confirm payment options.

•Initial phone consultation: FREE

•Clinical Assessment: $175

•Individual Therapy/Coaching: $150/60 minutes

•Individual Short Session: $75/30 minutes

•Family Therapy: $165/60 minutes

•Group Therapy: $25-$40/60-90 minutes 

•Cancellation Charge in less than 24 hours: $55*

*Cancellation notices made less than 24 hours in advance are charged a cancellation fee of $55.
