Meet Dr. Keitha
​Getting to know my clients is a top priority for me because I consider our professional relationship to be at the heart of effective counseling and coaching. I also believe the client-counselor relationship is dynamic and ever-evolving, so I bring the best of myself to the table during each encounter. Being authentic with one another in a safe, warm, and professional environment always leads to some degree of a client's desired outcome. Just as I get to know my clients, I want my clients to get to know me as a reliable, professional resource in their lives.

I was born in Tennessee and relocated to North Carolina in 1997. I have traveled and worked in several states across the U.S. As the proud wife of an Air Force veteran, I was also fortunate to live and work abroad for several years when we were stationed on Okinawa in Asia. In my spare time, I enjoy dancing, site-seeing, reading and writing, re-energizing through various forms of bodywork, and vacationing in the mountains with family and close friends.
Credentials: I have a PhD in Counseling Studies from Capella University and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina A&T State University. I also hold a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Duke University with a graduate certificate in Women's Studies.
I've worked as a senior administrator and conducted research in the mental health field for over 12 years. I've been in private practice for seven years and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina. I am also a Certified Health Coach and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider.

​In addition to professional counseling and coaching, I have been serving business and community needs in the Triangle area for over 15 years. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Management from the University of Maryland, I contract as a senior consultant in the mental and behavioral health and telecommunications industries. Quality assurance and improvement, career coaching and mentoring, training, and project management are my primary consultation areas. I also have a passion for online business and distance education.
